Please Note:-
Rates are for the exclusive use of the whole property sleeping up to 27 persons in 13 bedrooms.
All rentals include the provision of bedding Linen. Towels are also provided, both a pool towels and a bathroom towels for the period that the swimming pool is available.
We welcome dogs. Only one animal per group. Please note that there are no boundary fences to our property so care must be taken they do not run away.
The swimming pool is available from mid May to Mid October.
Guest are provided access to a washing machine should they need to use it during their visit.
We can arrange outside catering suppliers to cook & provide meals for guests. Various options are available, Please ask us for further information.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Main points

For Chateau rental 25% deposit secures the booking. The balance of 75% must be paid 8 weeks before arrival, along with the payment of the cleaning/breakages deposit.

Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid less a small administration fee. If they cancel after that point, they do not get a refund. We advise guests to take out holiday insurance to cover any losses.

For the Chateau Rental we ask for a cleaning/breakage deposit of €749.00 (This is returned provided no damage or significant mess)

Payment can be made in Euros directly to our French bank account or in Pounds Sterling via our English bank account, please ask for details.

Please note there is a local tourist Tax (Tax Sejour) of 2.5%. This is to be paid on arrival.

Cots & high chairs are available free of charge. Please ask us for details.

The standard Full Occupancy is 27 Guests. This number dose not include babies in cots. This number can be increased (by advanced arrangement with the management), up to 30 by the provision of extra beds to some rooms, additional fees for this service will apply if required.

Rental bookings are from 16:00Hrs on the day of arrival and the rooms must be cleared by 10:00Hrs on day of departure, unless agreed in advance with the owner.
